His Excellency took the meet and greets initiative further when he visited another prominent Nigerian, Chief Simon Udemba at his warehouse, on 1st April 2022. Mr. Simon Udemba deals on design and production of industrial and domestic clothing. His collections are well sought after in the Zimbabwean market. He is one of the oldest Nigerians to arrive Zimbabwe in 1992 and is well revered in the Nigerian community. The visit to his warehouse revealed the enormity of his contribution to the Zimbabwean economy. He currently employs about eighty (80) Zimbabweans as staff. H.E. Ambassador Ifu encouraged him to continue in the path he had chosen and urged him to consider setting up a similar factory in Nigeria in line with President Muhammadu Buhari’s vision to create jobs for the teeming Nigerian population.
